Dear ladies and gentlemen, clients of Club HSN Ltd.

Because of large technical mistake happened today a partial loss of data was occurred, so we couldn’t restore information on trades and settleds which were happened after Jan 9 2002 y. enough realistically.

So HSN Ltd. takes a following decision:
1. We fix a system state on available data for Jan 9 2002 on 14-00 GMT.
2. We Close ALL trades which were opened before Jan 9 2002 on 14-00 GMT positions on rates which were fixed in the system for a specified time 14-00 GMT.
3. We cancel ALL trades and settles, exposed orders (GTC, limit and loss) after 14-00 GMT Jan 9 2002.

INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOSIT And WITHDRAWS OF MONEY ON THE CLIENT ACCOUNTS IS NOT LOST AND IT WILL BE RESTOR FULLY.

Because of such technical problem event Administration of HSN Ltd. offers a following way of presenting the claims for the lost deals:
1. After a system starting in 15-00 GMT Jan 21 2002 client of HSN Ltd. must analyze an account , trade and settled status condition and come to a conclusion on claim’s exposing to the Club the HSN Ltd., which is conclude in necessity of the detection of the lost deals .
The Claims are receiving during 15-00 GMT Jan 21 , 2002 to 21-00 GMT Jan 25 2002.

2. The Form of the Claim:

I, John Smith, beg to reflect on my account # ___ (login/password) the following operations:

- opening/closing || type (buy/sell) || instrument || rate || volume || time/date || result (in the event of closing trade)
- opening/closing || type (buy/sell) || instrument || quoting || volume || time/date || result (in the event of closing)
- ....

On the 20:59 GMT Jan 18 2002 the Current balance in account status was ____

Also I had the following trades:
- type (buy/sell) || instrument || quoting || volume || time/date
- type (buy/sell) || instrument || quoting || volume || time/date
- ….

The whole specified information on the account status opened trades and claims deals is obligatory for acceptance and consideration of claims.

Such order of claims consideration operable FOR REAL ACCOUNTS ONLY. For demo and contest accounts claims are not consider, results of the contest for a period from Jan 14 to Jan 18 2002 are cancelled.

We want to notice that by the claim satisfaction will be restore ALL deals, rather then only profitable, because NSN Ltd has a facility for checking VALIDITY and FULLNESSES of the claims.

Also we declare that given problem has ONLY technical nature.
