I won your competition back in March 2002 and withdrew the monies in order to see how quickly I could abtain the monies if I played for real. However as I am in Australia there has been great difficulty. After trying for about a month I gave up and sent an email requesting the monies be put back in the account and as I have forgotten my real account number and password I also requested that be provided to me as well.
It is now July and the numerous emails I have been sending to support@forexhsi.com have not been answered - is there a problem with your support group?
My friends and I here in Australia are starting to wonder whether it is wise to send monies over for a real account.
Could you please follow up on this for me.

I had not even joined the competition for this week yet I have just crashed out - I thought any old orders from last week would have been deleted before the new competition started. I would really like to play this week and as it is still only Monday I still have a fair go.
Could you please fix this for me - is there any chance of starting with a balance of $10,000?
